From the design board to the trails
When we began developing this kit with Suzuki Greece, our focus was the race team. We saw it as a specialist project and hadn’t imagined it becoming part of an everyday V-Strom owner’s plans.
First unveiled at the official Suzuki stand at the Greek Motorcycle Show in April 2024, the project went on to compete at Hellas Rally in both 2024 and 2025. Those demanding stages put the design to work where it mattered: in competition.
Today, that racing experience is available to V-Strom 800DE riders who want to build their own adventure around it.

Rally kit for V-Strom 800DE
Developed back in 2024 for Suzuki Greece and raced at Hellas Rally since 2024, the Aurora Rally Kit brings genuine competition experience to your Suzuki V-Strom 800DE.
At its heart is our Superlight CNC navigation tower, weighing just 800g and mounted directly to the motorcycle’s frame through a dedicated CNC clamp. An Aurora polycarbonate screen and high-strength 3D-printed side panels reshape the front end, giving the V-Strom a distinctive rally profile.
Configure the cockpit around your riding. Two RAM-type mounting balls come as standard for GPS or phone mounting, while optional Adventure and Rally backplates accommodate heavier devices and more extensive navigation setups, including tablets and digital roadbooks.
